Terms of Service

VialScope is an observational log for injectable protocols and bloodwork. It records what you enter, injections, daily metrics, and lab results, and lines them up on one timeline. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not interpret your data or tell you what to do with it.

VialScope is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not tell you whether a value is normal, high, or low, and it does not recommend doses or changes to your protocol. Nothing in VialScope creates a doctor-patient relationship.

Decisions about your health are for you and your licensed clinician. Do not use VialScope as a substitute for professional medical care. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VialScope. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and keep it current.

The data you enter is yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing VialScope to you. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data as CSV at any time, and you can delete your account and its data from Settings.

You are responsible for what you enter. Do not enter data you do not have the right to store.

You agree not to:

• Use VialScope for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another person's account or data, or to defeat the security of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on.
• Use VialScope to obtain, sell, or facilitate the acquisition of any substance. VialScope is a record, not a marketplace or a sourcing tool.

VialScope itself, the service, its software, design, text, charts, name, and logo, belongs to North West Maple, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Using VialScope gives you the right to use the service, not any rights in it. Do not copy, resell, or create derivative services from it, and do not use the VialScope name or logo without our written permission.

To be clear about the boundary: your data is yours (see above), and the service is ours. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve VialScope without any obligation to you.

VialScope is currently offered as a beta. It is provided as is and as available. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We recommend you export your data periodically so you keep your own copy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VialScope is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VialScope and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Because VialScope is a record-keeping tool and not a medical service, you remain responsible, together with your clinician, for all decisions about your health.

You may stop using VialScope at any time and can delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end access for conduct that violates these terms or that risks harm to the service or other people.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide clearer notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
